Discover the joy of printmaking with Gelli Plates. In this fun and experimental class, you’ll learn how to create layers, make your own stencils, and try various techniques using pan pastels and acrylic paints.
Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a complete beginner, this class is for you. Plus, we’ll discuss how to take your exploratory prints and transform them into finished pieces of art. If you’ve never used gelli plates before, prepare to be addicted!

Lanell has been teaching weekly art classes for adults at the Springdale Canyon Community Center since 2021. Her workshops are a mix of instruction, art history and contemporary art examples for inspiration, and then lots of time to experiment and create.
