Join us for an artist talk with Jack Burns from 4 pm to 5:30 pm.
Living in the red rock canyon country of Southern Utah, Jack draws inspiration from the place he calls home – Springdale, Utah and from his own backyard with views of Zion National Park. He enjoys camping and time exploring remote areas and backroads of Utah, Arizona and Nevada.
“Each painting presents a challenge to capture a moment, experience or feeling. I think it is important to recognize when a painting is pulling itself in a direction all its own and letting it happen. That for me is the beauty and spirit of the creative process.”
